Jiang Zhi picked her up and walked towards the bedroom, just a few steps away. She yawned several times, teary-eyed from sleepiness, and could barely keep her eyes open. Jiang Zhi chuckled, placed her on the bed, and pulled the covers over her.
"Don't kick off the covers."
After tucking in the corners of the blanket, he stood up.
Zhou Xufang grabbed him, "Where are you going?"
"I'm going to take a shower."
She let go of him and put her hand back under the blanket, "Oh."
Jiang Zhi dimmed the bedside lamp a bit before leaving the bedroom. When he returned, Zhou Xufang was already asleep. He carefully climbed into bed.
