"The demonic cultivators shouldn't try to cross the border again any time soon. Now I just need to return to the capital and figure out what happened during the month I was gone…" Muttering this to himself as he stared towards the Frozen Wasteland after killing off the last few demonic cultivators that had entered the border kingdom he was currently inside of, the general from the Sky Empire felt a sense of worry upon thinking about what might have happened back in the capital city.
Knowing a bit about the situation inside the capital city, the general also knew about the fact that the imperial family was establishing a sect alliance to try and weaken the power of the three religions. However, even knowing about this, he did not think that the sect alliance would be able to cause a large enough problem that the imperial family would not be able to send over reinforcements to prevent demonic cultivators from entering and establishing themselves inside the borders of the Sky Empire.
