The two of them sat at the dining table eating. Mallia Mamet had originally planned to mention that she would leave after eating, but seeing Benjamin Swantz's condition, which was not good at all, she had no idea when she would be able to leave again.
Benjamin Swantz kept his head down as he ate and did not notice the conflicted expression on Mallia Mamet's face. Out of instinctive concern, he asked her,
"How are you feeling now?"
"I'm alright, actually not that weak." Mallia Mamet said as she shifted her body slightly. This time she felt quite good, perhaps it was the hot water bottle Benjamin Swantz had given her earlier that warmed her up.
"So, when do you want to go home? Or do you want to continue staying here? I'm not trying to rush you out, I'm just worried about your own plans."
