"No, no, I can't let Mom and Dad be in danger! I have to go there!" Susu said urgently.
She believed her sister-in-law could handle the situation, but protecting her parents from harm was another matter.
"You can come, but you have to promise me to stay in the car and not get out," Wang Qing said.
She didn't really want to bring Susu along for any particular reason.
She just wanted to contradict Yan Minmin.
The more she didn't want her to do something, the more she wanted to do it.
Why not let Susu know about these things? What was the harm in letting Susu go to the scene?
