Dear Kaideon,
Do you fare well? I dearly hope I have not worried you too severely as I am fine and in good health and spirits, though I cannot say the same for my mood.
I promised to write you often but two weeks have flown by in such a rush and only now do I pen down my second letter.
These two weeks have been expectedly eventful, some days more so than others.
We have made progress in our mission here and are getting closer to our goal as the days pass by but the dwarves have begun stirring trouble.
So far, there has been two confrontations with adamantium and though they were easily quelled, I know there will be more... though this is not what ticks me off.
I have always known myself to be the farthest thing from magnanimous, perhaps I should have given ear to Menarx's warning that Lodenworth would be an unavoidable presence in these days.
