Ian suddenly realized that all of this was a match made in heaven! Whether it was the Sovereign Technology, artificial intelligence, or the Silver Chip, perhaps they were all from the same origin from the start!
Clearly, whether they were calculation units or supply units, they were all parts created by the Silver Chip to assist itself in calculating and completing tasks.
If one were to follow normal logic to improve oneself, then Ian should continuously hunt beings of the Second Energy Level and beyond, transforming their souls into his own components.
But to be honest... isn't this just what the Deceased Monarch does?
This is also why, from the beginning, Ian felt that something was odd and subconsciously felt that this ability was very much in line with that of the Deceased Monarch... because at their core, they are actually exactly the same!
