It wasn't round, but a spherical depression, from which blinding streams of light burst forth, causing it to lose control and crash into the Moon of Prospect, then falling toward Terra.
Immediately after, another massive explosion occurred within it, creating a second perfectly round black depression, and this explosion completely tore the ship apart, shattering it into dozens of pieces.
These fragments arced outside the atmosphere, plunging toward the ground.
At the same time, pieces of the Moon of Prospect that had broken away from its gravitational orbit also turned into an endless rain of meteorites, plummeting towards Terra.
The Calamity of Heavenly Fall had begun...
Fortunately, the Moon of Vigilance, whose orbit was obliquely intersected with that of the Moon of Prospect, attracted most of the meteorites, still persisting in its duty to protect the beings of Terra.
But at the end of it all, the remaining meteorites were still countless.
