"Okay!" the man shouted raising his head to meet Haruki's gaze before bowing again. "I did nothing to him. I swear it wasn't me. I just figured out that he was the one I heard about on the news."
"Do you know you made yourself sound very guilty?" Haruki asked wondering how the man's brain was wired to fall into a trap Haruki had not taken time to prepare that had to be the reason the man was not taken seriously by his father compared to his younger brother.
Haruki paged Kiyoshi immediately and had the man taken away from his office just in time for him to be visited by the police. He remained calm knowing the only thing they had against him was the fact that the person missing was a guest at one of the many hotels he had both in the country and abroad.
