He needed to put distance between himself and the five men quickly, but running blindly ahead could lead him straight into danger.
He first asked Judith to send the hounds ahead, and she complied. He then looked around for any clues that would help in finding out the best way to proceed from there on out.
All he could see was a vast forest, and with no way to properly check his surroundings, Judith's hounds were his only means of detecting thaids ahead.
His heart raced, hoping the five men wouldn't catch up with him before the teachers came.[1]
"Ok, Anderson, we have come far enough... It's your time to shine! After you are done, remember that we are going west, toward the barrier's eastern entrance, ok?"
"Yes, don't worry..." Anderson said. He stopped running, but the others kept going. He only had to wait thirty seconds.
