Outside Emerald Castle, Ethan gazed thoughtfully toward the direction of the Gleaming Forest, his eyes flickering with contemplation.
Standing about half a step behind him were Seraphina and Cicero, both in their human forms. They stood respectfully, flanking Ethan on either side without saying a word.
Besides them, Eldorin was also present.
At this moment, Eldorin wasn't as panicked or trembling as he'd been earlier in the meeting room, but he still appeared restless and uneasy, unable to fully calm himself.
