Time passed, and soon, Su Rong and Fu Wei finished setting their trap.
Su Rong stood in the middle of the clearing, looking around nervously but trying to act brave.
"I know you're here, Su Jiyai!" she called out, her voice echoing in the woods.
"Come out and face me! I'm not afraid of you anymore!"
Qin Feng snorted. "Not afraid? Yeah, right. She looks like she's about to faint."
Su Jiyai nodded, her gaze fixed on Su Rong. "Let's give her what she wants."
Qin Feng understood her signal.
With that, he flicked his hand, and suddenly, a gust of wind swept through the clearing, making the trees shake and the leaves swirl around.
Su Rong gasped, her eyes wide with fear. "W-what's happening?!"
Qin Feng whispered beside Su Jiyai, "A little dramatic, don't you think?"
Su Jiyai chuckled. "Dramatic's fun. Now bring the snake back."
Qin Feng closed his eyes and thought of the snake he had seen before the apocalypse.
