Narak's eyes narrowed at Su Jiyai's words, suspicion still lingering in his gaze.
He remembered the group of humans who had attacked his territory, their arrogance and cruelty as they falsely claimed to represent Boss Su.
His jaw tightened, and a growl rumbled deep in his throat.
"I see," he said, his voice low and dangerous. "So, they were traitors, trying to stir up conflict between us."
Su Jiyai nodded, her expression serious.
"Exactly. They wanted to pit us against each other, to make us enemies. But I'm offering you a different path—one that benefits both of us.
If you want revenge on those who wronged you, I won't stand in your way. Just remember, they don't represent me or my people."
Narak's lips twisted into a cruel smile.
"I'll make sure they pay for their lies. But remember, Boss Su, your promise still stands. If you fail to deliver, my patience will run out, and I will come for you."
Su Jiyai met his gaze, unflinching. "I understand. And I won't fail."
