After finishing up all of his tasks, Xie Jun returned to his staff residential building. His wife was now in her confinement period, relying on him for care, so he had to go straight home after work.
"You're back, are you tired?" Fang Hong opened her eyes as soon as she heard the door. Unsurprisingly, Xie Jun appeared in the doorway.
"Not tired. Did the little girl give you any trouble?" Xie Jun glanced at his wife, who seemed spirited. He then turned to look at their sleeping baby girl. He hadn't anticipated that his wife would bear him a daughter. The surprise nearly caused him to die of happiness, plastering a grin on his face. He planned to treat his colleagues to a meal after his wife's confinement period to celebrate his newfound little sweetheart.
