Common sense did not apply to Li Lin.
The so-called "genius," "hero," "superman," and the like inherently carried the connotation of "different from ordinary people." Bluntly put, those terms were but euphemisms for "abnormal."
Without an exceptionalism that ordinary people could not even imitate, grand achievements were impossible.
In Li Lin, this exceptionality was amplified to the extreme.
His thought process was fundamentally different from humans', and coupled with his outrageously strong power, Li Lin was more than qualified to represent the word "abnormal." However, his everyday demeanor would make people replace "abnormal" with "perfect," not realizing that "perfect" itself was an abnormality.
Especially, when this "abnormal perfection" was applied on the battlefield, it would evolve into a disaster that trampled everything.
