One symbolizes vibrancy and passion, the other represents depth and stability.
If there were a skilled painter or designer, they should be able to cleverly use these two colors to create a masterpiece both mysterious and romantic, unforgettable at first glance.
Roland was not an artist, with aesthetic tastes somewhere between nobility and the common folk, having no particular obsession with colors or compositions.
Yet, whenever these two colors appeared before him, or when only these hues remained, the overlapping blocks of color would only bring to mind ominous things.
Such as bloodshed;
Such as death;
Such as scorched earth;
Such as... "the Legion."
