The dictator, dressed in military attire, held his coffee cup while the lush greenery of the summer garden outside sparkled in his bright red eyes, and the meticulously designed air conditioning system provided a gentle cool breeze.

Due to the insistence of some old men, the Council building was designed with grandeur, visible from a distance like a small hill in Roman style. Visually, it certainly emphasized the center of power's grandeur, and indeed as some old men had said, it made those who saw the building for the first time profoundly aware of their own insignificance and the greatness of Alfheim.
