Among the meticulously arranged temple complex, thirty-seven layers of Buddhist pagodas pierce the skies—a spectacle unique to the Nanshan School and the most iconic structure of the Nanshan Legal Realm.
Therein are stored the Buddhist scriptures of Buddha's Country, all eighty-four thousand volumes, as well as the fruits of a millennium of arduous research by the Nanshan School's eminent monks and sages.
According to the legends of Buddha's Country, an ordinary monk would be unable to finish reading the classics within the pagoda in his lifetime.
"So you see, there are too many mediocrities in the world, which is why legends everywhere cannot be believed."
Leading the young monk Yuan Xiang with a swagger, Yuan Xing cheerfully said, "Didn't Yankong claim to have read all eighty-four thousand volumes of the scriptures and subsequently attained the Bodhisattva Fruit Position through the Path of No Suffering and Extinction?"
