"Lucas Griffin! I'm going to kill you!"
Melissa Thompson, seemingly possessed by a demon, furiously grabbed a teacup from the table and hurled it towards Lucas Griffin.
Lucas's eyes swiftly moved, and with one hand, he caught the flying teacup.
Melissa charged at him again, and he quickly retreated outside and closed the door.
Inside, Melissa frantically pounded on the door, screaming, "Lucas Griffin! I'm going to kill you! I'll avenge my son!"
Lucas's eyes dimmed as he looked at the door, a frown creasing his forehead.
Melissa had become like this… Amanda would be upset…
Seeing Lucas's stern face, Jonas Jox didn't dare to speak, standing by and waiting for instructions.
"Take good care of her."
Lucas left after uttering just that one sentence.
When he returned to the medical room, Kent had already fallen asleep beside the hospital bed, and Amanda Jenkins was still unconscious.
He carefully carried Kent back to the bedroom and then returned alone to the medical room.
