Lucas looked at Hannah with curiosity in his calm golden eyes. He helped her up, and felt the membrane around her. He raised his eyebrows, and turned to look at Estrella. He looked at the ice layer covering her, and focused back on feeling the water around Hannah.
It was dense, but as thin as before. And looking at Hannah, it seemed as if she had not noticed it herself. It was like she just continued to output more energy, while gravity kept compressing that energy around her. That turned her energy into something denser, while the balance between output and outside pressure made her fail to notice it.
It was as Lucas fiddled with her arm that Hannah had a flicker of realization pass through her eyes. It was then that she understood why she had not felt much pain from her fall. She raised her head to Lucas, finally understanding why he said before that resisting gravity was a good way of training.
