Lucas looked as far as he could, taking in all the redness. Interestingly, there was no smell, not even the slightly earthen one of the upper floors.
There was not much to take from the available details, so Lucas turned to the one who seemed to know more about this place. He looked at Kaiden, but the latter's face, though less clear under the protection of the physical form of his energy covering him, did not show much.
In his blues eyes, Lucas seemed to read interest, as well as thoughtfulness, but he could not be sure. He saw the blue eyes move from the red sea below, to look into the distance.
Lucas frowned, but then relaxed. Nothing much mattered to him, apart from not dying in this place, and not losing anyone. He had come with the thought of finding an interesting adventure, and he had already gotten some benefits out of the place.
