"How are you, girls?" Thirteen asked as he looked at the projection of Erica and Shana.
"We're doing well," Erica replied. "Tomorrow, we'll head out to clear the Lizard Nest twenty miles away from the city we're currently stationed in."
"Both of you, be careful, okay?" Thirteen reminded. "I know you're both strong, but you should never underestimate your enemies."
"I know." Erica nodded. "Well, how about you? Lazing around? I haven't seen any live broadcasts lately."
"I'm here in Casimir City," Thirteen answered. "Rocky is currently mining resources we need to make ammunition. I plan to stock up on them before I push deeper into enemy territory."
He then glanced at Shana, who wasn't saying anything but was looking at him with a pout.
"What's wrong?" Thirteen asked. "Why do you look like a puffer fish right now, Shana?"
"Hmph!" Shana ignored him and looked in the other direction.
Erica scratched her head and gave her fiancé an apologetic look.
