Although it wasn't her original intention, the final stop of her tour ended up being this city which she both loved and hated.
Upon disembarking, Gu Qianqian, wearing sunglasses, walked in front while Yu Xiajing, her agent and assistant, pushed the luggage cart behind her.
Just as they stepped out of the arrival gate, she spotted a familiar figure from afar.
"Qianqian, mom's here..."
After four years apart, the woman who was once the most familiar figure in her life was no longer the same distressed woman from the past. Her branded clothes were a clear indication that she was leading a comfortable life now.
That's good!
At least it alleviates some of the guilt she has from leaving silently...
