Calista woke up feeling groggy in the morning and looked around to check where she was.
After leaving the Thomas manor, her memories were a bit blurry. If she wasn't mistaken, she was supposed to go back home and reunite with her kids. If that had happened, she would have seen at least a familiar room and two court beds with her babies in it.
However, as she looked around, she was welcomed by the familiar wooden walls, which were very different from her manor's. Looking at the furniture and the size of the room, she concluded what was happening. She somehow returned to the inn and as for how, that was going to be a mystery waiting to be solved.
Blacky had fallen into a normal slumber. He had used his mental energy so much that it would be unbelievable if he remained conscious after all that.
Knowing that she was still in the inn, she quickly accepted that and woke up to prepare.
