'Yeah, come back to my lounge so I can teach you a lesson properly. I want to see you kneel and beg for my help, just so you'll finally understand your place. Maybe then, you'll stop acting so arrogant when you can't even stand on your own.' Emily thought smugly, her gaze fixed on Hera, waiting for her response.
"No need," Hera replied, her expression unreadable. "I'll just ask a friend to help me out."
Alice let out a dramatic sigh, as if truly concerned. "You can't just ask any random person to do your makeup, Hera. This is a major production with millions of dollars at stake—we can't afford to be careless." She paused before adding, her tone almost coaxing, "Just come with us, okay? It'll be easier that way."
"It's alright, you guys just focus on finishing your makeup," Hera said, already typing on her phone. A moment later, she glanced up as a message popped up on her screen. "Looks like my friend is nearby, so it won't take long for them to get here and finish my makeup."
