Agavon was one of five countries in the Tylon Continent.
It was a small country – the smallest of them all – and a third of it was barren desert; blotches of it stained the country like splatters of paint on a blank canvas.
This wasn't to say Agavon was poor though. It was rich with resources that allowed it to exploit opportunities with other, larger and more prosperous nations, which was how a series of friendly relations had been established with countries even outside Tylon.
It needed to be emphasised that the reason Agavon's President was so hinged on establishing connections transcended simple economics. The First Myriad War – a clash of foolish men and women riding the highs of their Utilities – had left its mark on Epheria, Agavon moreso than other countries in Tylon. This was why a third of Agavon was dead, barren beyond repair. Some argued that the war had ripped open several tears in the Ozone layer above Agavon as well, which explained the vicious heat in some areas.
