In times of war, every Dragon Rider whose abilities are listed in the book of the three top levels shall be mandatorily enlisted to become Military Riders, and they shall train as one. This enlistment is compulsory regardless of the riders original conscription.

In everything she had read, she had never encountered what he said. The Path? That was news to her. He was either saying total gibberish, or perhaps he was making sense.
Going by the way Drionea smiled at what he said, it could be the latter.
"Yes, the red-haired one was once referred to as the Path by books of old," the Master of War and Tactics said as she walked around the class to make a point, "but it's an unofficial account that hasn't been verified. Point is, Vinnandra Albridge is not technically a dragon rider the same way she is not technically a witch either."
