Right before her, Vinn managed to summon an invisible book that went in great detail to outline the punishments for infiltrating a smaller fortress. It might be slightly different from the laws of Baldrig Castle, but she knew they were going to be about the same thing.
Depending of severity of their crimes, they could be punished by banishment or something worse like having their dragon taken away from them forcibly.
The latter was a punishment popularly known as Incapacitation of the Bond.
