The world has been split between two kinds of people - ones with powers and without powers. Yamikuro Asaki, a seemingly ordinary boy, wakes up from a nightmare that feels far too real and strange powers awaken inside of him in a life-or-death situation forcing him to turn his back on the normal world. Yamikuro now finds himself being constantly hunted and his and others safety around him are always in danger. Due to this Yamikuro joins the outcasts of society, others like him who were risking their lives in the normal world that help him find his purpose in this universe. But as gods have decided to take action due to the circumstances of Yamikuro gaining the darkness powers he must always seek to become the strongest. Betrayal, loss and a journey to the unknown await him as he keeps trying to fulfill his goals. With limited time, Yamikuro must make a decision to either be the savior or fall into the darkness.
