"All ears."
Leaning against the corridor wall, Mo Shangjun looked directly at the stairs and touched his left ear as he spoke.
"Pfft," Seeing Mo Shangjun's enthusiastic gossip demeanor, Lang Yan couldn't help but burst into laughter, "I blew it with her. I said being a soldier is my dream, I want to be responsible for my warriors, and she called me naive... It's the first time someone has said that about me, but she really had some interesting thoughts. She analyzed a lot to me, from the state of the nation to politics, right down to our current situation. She said there's no war in the near future, and that I'd die of old age before I could earn a single gold star. And someone like me, no matter how many ideas I might have, without a voice, I can only suffocate."
Mo Shangjun hesitated for a moment but finally nodded in agreement, "Sounds pretty reasonable."
