Andrew, lazy as he didn't want to go too in depth with the explanation sought out a clearer one. "They all serve me. And thus dimensional plane among others is mine." He stated.
She was baffled, wondering how he was able to do so. She knew that he was strong but didn't know to what extent. Relieved that he held the power here, she felt less tense than she was before.
"So why did you bring me here?" She asked as Andrew issued the king to rise once again. "Take a guess." He joked. She contemplated as to why before reaching a conclusion.
"To devour their souls?" She pointed out. He congratulated her on guessing correctly however it quickly followed with a warning. "Well you can't devour anyone's soul here because you're too weak. But luckily for you, another idea is on the plate."
He stretched out his hands and the entire planet started to crumble. An enigmatic aura started to wrap around the plane, covering it fully before the entire plane had sunk into the maddening void.
Every being here could manipulate void to their whim but utilizing hue skill, Fanfiction, all of them were rendered defenseless against it. Screams and cries emanated from all over as they started to lose their sanity because of the void.
Ashley stood in awe while this happened and looking beneath her, she realized that she was standing on a green platform, courtesy of Andrew as the plane started to get smaller and smaller.
Numerous abomination started to plague the plane but Andrew couldn't be bothered with his massacre. "Consider this as a form of payment for sparing your existence until now, Vincent." Andrew calmly stated as he too was lost into the void.
After the whole plane was corrupted, leaving the souls of the plane that once inhabited this plane were all sucked and concentrated into a small orb Andrew manifested.
After that, he then proceeded to plant it in Ashley's state of mind. Feeling the fluctuations, she investigated only to realize Andrew crushing the orb and the flower that had been dormant this entire time suddenly sprang to life.
What shocked Ashley was from its magnificent blossoming which entailed it's petals with strokes of white and its core being red. It seemed to spread out hazy tentacle like structures as it greedily sucked in all the souls presented to it.
Due to the high disparity, it wasn't able to assimilate the souls offered prompting it to grow numerous tentacles from the earlier flowers bringing out a stunning and magnificent picture.
The souls, trapped in a stasis like state as the numerous souls could only wait for their demise. They appeared as white specks but in each speck presented up to billions of souls which were condensed and concentrated painting the black and eerie void pitch white.
Ashley could feel her hunger subside instantly and slowly feel that she was getting stronger. She could feel the immense power each trapped in each and every single speck of soul. Numerous combat attacks, information about the planes and more skills and experience assaulted her brain to the point it was hard to keep track of it all.
She could feel the increase of her mental capabilities and feel a strong connection with the flower. However with its blossoming, she could feel an otherworldly pressure emanate from it which warned her from approaching it.
But other than that, the vast white scape of the void felt harmless and slowly felt it wrap around her. It was comforting and cool, which was pleasant to experience but an external force pulled her out.
Opening her eyes, the familiar scene of the shallow pond came into view. She could feel the immense power encapsulated within her own body and a clearer understanding of all her skills. She felt that there wasn't a single threat that she couldn't face.
She realized that it was late in the afternoon as the sun was already starting to set. She was surprised that they were gone for that long. Confused with how time worked but Andrew knew that she would figure it out with the information that she would gain later on.
"That's to help curb your mental state. But I would advise you to meditate in your state of mind before traversing through worlds. As for planes, refrain that for now." He advised her and they started to make their way back to the mansion.
With her new state, she felt that breaking through the boundaries of this world would take a matter of time. The information about the numerous worlds also ran through her mind making her ecstatic to visit the various worlds.
She could feel the environment around her more clearly and sense an odd disturbance back at the mansion. Her senses had spread much farther than before. She was shocked that she could see the souls of the maids back there with an extra one.
They all seemed perfectly white with notifications appearing above their heads informing her about their stats. She was shocked about the extra soul that she was seeing wondering why she was there.
"She's there to guide us." Andrew said as he noted, realizing what she had just seen. She calmed down and the two made their way inside and we're welcomed by one of the maids.
The two followed her to the lounge to tune into the Star Queen. She was dressed in casual regular clothing with her prominent golden hair casually dripping back, attired formally as she sipped on some tea. She had a calm expression which shattered when she saw the duo.
"Just give us five minutes and we'll be done." He stated as they left her waiting for longer than she already had. An irritated expression crept up in her face but she couldn't do anything and was forced to wait for him to finish.
*Thirty minutes later...*
the two finally made their appearance, sharply dressed. Of course the reason why they took so long was due to other reasons but they decided to put it off for later. Star Queen was furious as they had taken more than expected but even more so, she couldn't voice it out.
She was stunned how Andrew, regardless of how despicable he was seemed to appear charming. To think that this monster which killed without a second thought appeared so mature and gentleman like scared her a little bit. The air around him was cool and callous.
As for Ashley, she was stunned with her looks to the point she actually felt jealous. Her silk white hair with a red hue at the tips was stunning. Her beauty could make both male and females transfixed on her beauty before diverting their eyes away.
The three made their way down to the car collection and chose an Aston Martin. Black and sleek but there was only space for two. "I'll make my way there by myself, thank you Star." He said as he fired up the car. She could take it in and force a smile on her face.
"I'll catch up with you later at the event. Drive safely." She said as the two started making their way out if the garage. "Thanks." Andrew said as he instantly stepped onto the gas pedal and immediately left the mansion.
As they made their way through the vast empty fields, Ashley posed a question. "Where are we going?" Andrew replied. "To meet Dark Rose, along with some interested individuals." He said as he made his way closer to the city. As he went deeper and deeper, the car came to a stop in a grand villa.
Numerous luxurious care were lined up as important people stepped out, leaving their cars for the valet to take care of the rest. Soon enough, they made at the valet who opened the door and the two gracefully got out.
The valet immediately tensed as he received the keys to the car. Andrew didn't focus much on that and the two walked in. Numerous glances darted towards their attention but they brushed it off and made their way into the grand hall.
It seemed that there was a meeting already underway, with the host thanking those who had made their arrival before diverting his attention to the duo that made their entrance. Every eye made its contact with the two as whispers waved across through the crowd.
Some of the guests were masked while others remained unmasked. The two were coupled before they took their seat. It wasn't long before Star Queen made her appearance as well raising brows in the crowd.
"I appreciate each and every single one of you for attending this evening meeting. I appreciate it that you took your time off your work and attend this event." After that, he then proceeded to hint of meeting the player Dark Rose who had Hedon under her control.
Ashley was stupefied when she heard this. "What?!" She whispered but Andrew smiled it off. "I thought it would be a funny joke. Besides, she already knows that that isn't the case. I decided to put my skills to use as I was getting bored."
Gaining understanding of the situation, she could barely hear what the host was rambling about. She decided to put her skills to the rest and investigate the place. As her eyes wandered throughout the place, she could read the status of those present.
Figuring out their identities and cracking out their intentions and it didn't take long before she got bored of it. 'Can we leave?' She said telepathically as the knowledge continued to get integrated into her mind. 'Not yet. There's someone I want you to meet. Besides, don't you want to save your father?'
He replied back. She paused before responding. 'Very well. But I'm not dealing with the audience. Have fun.' She said as she decided to excuse herself and walk outside for some fresh air. Andrew on the other hand waited for a while before he was approached.
Star Queen came up to her and quietly told her that someone wanted to talk to him. He knew who it was so he followed her and immediately the two left the lobby and entered into a more secure and private room.
Andrew ordered her to wait outside. Looking at the man in front of him, it didn't take long for him to realize that it was Asher. Sharply dressed, late thirties but surprisingly well good looking.
He sat down, opposite to him with a serious look on his face but Andrew simply gave him a simple callous look. "Mr. Governor. May I help you with anything?" He asked blandly with the tone of his voice indicating his lack of interest.
It took a while before a response came from him. "May I ask you what the relation between you and my wife is?" He asked out if curiosity. To hemi didn't make any sense if how his wife and the most wanted person in the country knew each other.
Especially after delving deep into his background, it made the connection of the two seem even more absurd. "Of all the questions you could have asked, you chose that but oh well. Your wife and I have a working relationship where she works for me. Simple as that."
Asher felt that there was more to it than that. At first when his wife told him that she would be hosting a party, he dismissed it but after telling him that Andrew would be there, he was skeptical of it and after some explanation, he quickly got the gist of it.
However there were bits of information left out for his own sake. "I can sense your unease. I don't plan on going on any more rampages but rather help you to speed up your progress and get stronger."
Asher saw this piece of information as skeptical. 'Why would he just suddenly decide to help them?' He decided to ask another question. "How are you so strong in the game?" Andrew paused before answering. "Because I want to, Mr. Asher."
"I fear that you're not entertaining at all so if must bring this conversation to a close." Andrew said as he stood up, preparing to leave. Asher still had a lot of questions he wanted to ask but he didn't have the power to stop him.
Andrew, who was ready to walk out of the door halted. "Can you release Ashley's father. He's just as clueless as you so capturing him won't give you anything. As for leverage doubt you want to take that option." He finished off before walking out of the door.
