Several dozen days later, Odin paid another visit.
Upon entering the cave, he gave his newly acquainted blood-brother a big hug, with his face so full of excitement and joy that it was overflowing:
"Loki, the mead you brewed is fantastic! The jars I brought back to our clan didn't even touch my lips—they were all snatched up by the kinsfolk who got a taste of it. As soon as the blizzard stopped, they gathered all the items you wanted, and begged me to come and exchange with you!"
As Odin spoke, his spear traced several robust lines on the ground with gentle taps.
The saltpeter from Mist Country, the ores from Fire Country, the skins and meat of Magic Beasts, the bones of Giants...a vast array of unique products from the Nordic Divine Era and some materials needed for brewing poured out of the brightening Magic Circle Diagram, nearly filling up half of the storeroom in the cave.
There was even a small bottle of milk from the primeval cow Audumbla.
