Flames shot into the sky, and dust filled the air as the Mountain Giant King Saki, with his arms crossed in front of his chest, slid back hundreds of meters, his feet plowing two deep furrows into the hard rocky ground.
Glancing at the cracked skin and keratin on his arms, as well as the two deep, bone-exposing gashes, Saki's eyes widened in shock.
Mountain Giants were naturally protected by the earth's blessing, possessing immense strength and being most adept at defense. Their skin was as hard as rock, rendering ordinary weapons and curses incapable of breaching their defenses.
