Penny had always listened to her gut feeling; it had saved her multiple times in this lifetime. Thus, she often heeded it, and right now, her intuition was telling her that all these attacks disguised as "accidents" were connected in one way or another.
Although it wasn't clear, and there didn't seem to be any connection between Finn, Allen, and Merrick, Penny was almost certain this wasn't just a coincidence.
'Finn, Allen, Merrick…'Penny thought, squinting her eyes as she stared out the window from the backseat of the sedan. 'Finn told me about Jonathan, Merrick is digging up the baby swap, but Allen…?'
What did Allen have to do with all of this to the point he was being framed for stealing the company's data?
Penny didn't think much of the attack in the Information Center because that was Merrick's business. It was part of the complicated and dangerous lives of those connected to it. As for Finn, it was clear as day who he was against. Only Allen's situation was different.
