Old Mrs. Pierson happily entered the home with Butler Hubert's assistance. Since there were no live-in helpers at Zoren's home, they brought their own to assist the Old Madam.
"Old Madam, why don't you let me do it for you?" Butler Hubert remarked, letting her hold onto his arm. "Miss Penny told you to rest as much as possible."
Old Mrs. Pierson waved him off. "This is the least I can do for my little angel. When Enzo was alive, I used to fill his fridge with all sorts of herbal teas and nutritious foods. Since this is all I can do for my little Penelope, I want to do it myself."
Although Penny and Zoren often visited the Pierson residence, the Old Madam occasionally dropped by, usually when she had prepared something for the couple to share for dinner. She also liked to check what else they needed so she could prepare it for them again.
