When Penny walked back into the house, she stopped upon spotting Atlas idling in the living room. He was massaging his temple, showing no sign of leaving just yet. When she shifted her gaze to the other side, her face twitched.
There, Hugo was doing intense push-ups—so fast that Penny didn't even doubt the numbers he was counting.
"What is wrong with you?" Penny grumbled, ready to confront them. However, Hugo ignored her, while Atlas merely peeked at her.
"First Brother, I know you came here to ask me about the security system. Since you seem to have this wicked plan of replacing people with automation."
"Sometimes, systems like this are more efficient than having extra people idling in the company," Atlas replied, his tone as lifeless as ever. "But don't talk to me about that. My head is aching, and also—why is this place so hot?"
"Hot?" Penny scrunched up her nose. "If we stay here for another hour, I might end up wrapping myself in blankets."
