Enrique's POV
As soon as I saw my wife's expression when she saw me, I knew she thought that I was a ghost. I mean, she's scared that the man she was holding last night isn't real.
What Silver did to her had traumatized her, which is bad for our little one. I stopped before reaching her flower. I raised my head and met her eyes.
"I'm sorry, hon. I know you're pregnant and were still traumatized because of what happened last night. Let me cover up first, then we can eat our breakfast after," I mumble, then smile. Arida held my face. "I'm glad everything that happened last night is real."
"Of course. I'm not an illusion. Hold a sec. Let me grab a robe."
I still have to participate in our training. I was about to move on to the other side and check the cabinet for robes, but she stopped me.
"Are you sure?" she said, looking down. I covered her eyes.
"Just pretend that you didn't notice anything, honey. Wait for me outside," I mumbled.
