Paula came to me with a panicked face. My brat brother had escaped and thought he could get free from the multiverse that even I couldn't get through, so he was stuck here for a while. He was standing in a field with a portal before, and I didn't know where he knew about it.
"What are you doing here, Isaiah? Let's go back to the pack. It's not safe here," I said, having managed to find him, who was now sitting with a weak and frustrated expression. He was repeatedly mussing his hair and looking around with a wide-eyed stare, seemingly unsure of what was happening to him now.
"Where are we, Ioris? Why is everything just a wasteland, and why can't I find our pack? Who is Paula?" he asked without looking back at me. I dropped my weight to the ground beside Isaiah and turned to him.
"She's the same Paula in our world, but of course, she's from a different world and race. I've already told you. Didn't you listen?" I replied. He just nodded weakly and then lay down on the ground.
