Dionysus' words still lingered in her mind, his revelations about Amphitrite's apparent enjoyment of the earthly realm and Artemis' constant companionship. He had also mentioned that he would call upon Bernard to deal with the goddess once she wished to return to her underwater domain.
But the most pressing concern for Medusa was Amphitrite's aversion to traversing her husband Poseidon's domain. This meant that Medusa would need to be the one to assist the Sea Queen in her journey back to the Northern seas.
