Candlelight illuminated the room, casting a warm glow.
A pristine white tablecloth adorned the elegant dining table, laden with an array of delectable dishes emitting enticing aromas.
Su Jinyan picked up his knife and fork, gently tasting a bite of the pan-seared steak, a look of satisfaction spreading across his face.
"Kafka, did you prepare tonight's banquet?"
Kafka smiled softly, "Yes, how is it? To your liking?"
Su Jinyan nodded, "It's excellent. The steak is cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful."
"Stelle, try Kafka's seared steak too; it's quite delightful."
Stelle stroked her smooth, snow-white chin thoughtfully.
"Actually, I've been pondering something."
Kafka's gaze softened, "Let me guess, you're wondering why I invited both of you here, right?"
Stelle gently shook her head, "Not exactly, it's more about Su Jinyan."
"I can't help but feel there are many mysteries surrounding him, hard to decipher."
Su Jinyan's eyes deepened, "Don't be curious about my secrets."
"When a woman becomes curious about a man, it's often the beginning of her falling for him."
"However, you're an exception."
Confused, Stelle asked, "Why?"
Su Jinyan sighed, "Because you are the love child of Kafka and me."
"As your parent, I wouldn't take any inappropriate actions towards you."
Kafka raised an eyebrow.
Slightly annoyed, Stelle retorted, "Are we stuck on this joke forever?"
The Silver Wolf covered her mouth, her snow-white shoulders gently quivering with suppressed laughter.
Kafka's lips curved into a smile, blooming like a poppy flower. "Silver Wolf, do you find this amusing?"
If not for Silver Wolf's unintentional prank, the cherished girl would never have gotten so close to Su Jinyan.
Just for some non-existent credits, they had formed a united front, even calling Kafka 'Mom'.
One can only imagine how their relationship might have evolved if the reward were more substantial.
Silver Wolf's lips curled upwards, revealing a charming grin. "I think it's quite entertaining, Kafka."
Kafka elegantly swirled the red wine in her glass. "Is that so?" she replied coolly. "Well, I also found someone's sleep-talking last night rather interesting."
"She mentioned Herta's name nearly 98 times."
Silver Wolf's cheeks flushed slightly. "That's definitely because she hates Herta intensely."
Kafka took a sip of red wine. "Is that so? But she also called Su Jinyan's name, a whopping 784 times."
Su Jinyan shrugged. "As you can see, I am truly a deeply sinful man."
Unable to resist, Silver Wolf shot him a glare and gently patted her flushed cheeks.
"That suggests I'm severely lacking friends to play games with me."
"Among those willing to seriously play games with me, there are only you and Su Jinyan, right?"
Kafka chuckled softly. "Silver Wolf, why rush? I didn't say it was you."
Silver Wolf let out a soft huff. "Don't think I don't know; you're clearly referring to me."
"In this room, there's just you, me, and Bladie."
"If it wasn't me, could it have been Bladie? Why would he call Su Jinyan's name, and no less than 784 times?"
Su Jinyan pondered for a moment. "Perhaps while sleepwalking to use the restroom, he experienced constipation."
"Maybe saying my name helped things move along more smoothly," Kafka added slyly.
Silver Wolf and Kafka exchanged speechless glances.
Feeling disgusted, Stelle rapped on the table. "Can we not discuss such revolting topics during mealtime?"
Kafka lightly touched her lips. "Actually, I was joking just now."
"You didn't actually talk in your sleep last night, yet you acknowledged this nonexistent event. Why is that?"
"Could it be that deep down, you were anticipating Diviner Su's reaction after hearing such words from me?"
Silver Wolf wrinkled her small nose slightly. "Kafka, let's avoid making such cruel jokes in the future."
A hint of amusement played at Kafka's lips. "Hmm... Does it bother you that much?"
Silver Wolf nonchalantly replied, "Of course not, why would it?"
"But as everyone knows, Su Jinyan is quite narcissistic," Stelle interjected.
"What if he now misinterprets and thinks I have feelings for him?"
Su Jinyan, with a serious expression, said, "I've already misunderstood, darling."
"I never expected you to call out my name even in your dreams; how touched I am."
Pouting, Silver Wolf retorted, "See, just as I predicted!"
"The truth of the matter isn't important anymore."
"What matters is his belief that it's true."
Stelle gazed intently at Silver Wolf's face, pondering aloud:
"Silver Wolf, consider this possibility..."
"It's not too late to make a move now. Otherwise, later on, there might not even be any leftovers for you."
With pride, Silver Wolf turned her small face away. "Hmph, who do you think I am?" she exclaimed. "I'm the universe's top-notch hacker extraordinaire."
"Why would someone like me stoop to competing with other women over a man?"
Stelle, puzzled, asked, "Oh? What top-notch hacker would have 76 game accounts frozen by Herta?"
Silver Wolf, sounding exasperated, retorted, "Didn't we agree not to bring this up?"
Bang!
Su Jinyan slammed his hand on the table forcefully. "That old scoundrel of Herta goes too far, showing utter disrespect."
"I, Su Jinyan, have always valued loyalty and righteousness," he declared. "To bully my friend is to defy me, Su Jinyan."
Kafka gently reminded him, "When Herta bullied Silver Wolf, you two probably weren't acquainted yet, right?"
Su Jinyan's stance remained firm. "Damn it, I don't care about that."
"Herta should've anticipated that Silver Wolf might befriend someone like me someday when they mistreated him initially."
"After tonight, I must surely issue a declaration denouncing that old Herta scoundrel."
Su Jinyan held grudges quite strongly; Herta's repeated provocations during today's live stream had deeply irked him.
He intended to use the pretext of avenging Silver Wolf to openly condemn Herta.
By doing so, he could gain Silver Wolf's favor while also satisfying his desire to take down Herta.
Of course, Silver Wolf was well aware of what Su Jinyan had in mind, but it wasn't particularly important. In fact, it aligned perfectly with his own intentions.
We share a common goal.
In terms of data offense and defense, I hold a slight advantage over Herta.
In terms of power, Su Jinyan holds a slight advantage over Herta.
With our combined efforts, we can undoubtedly force Herta into a humiliating retreat.
The friend module on Silver Wolf's Prometheus device at his waist chimed in:
"Friends are fate, forever cherish."
"To our friendship, cheers!"
Silver Wolf's lips curved upwards as he raised his glass high. "Well said, cheers!"
Their glasses gently clinked together with a crisp sound.
Kafka softly began speaking, "I've heard that friends can be categorized into four types.
"The first type is like flowers; they fill your cup when blooming but are discarded once wilted.
"The second type is like scales; their heads bow low when weighed down by objects, and rise high when lightened.
"The third type is like mountains; you can ascend them to see far, providing shade and support.
"The fourth type is like earth; yielding abundant harvest from a single seed, silently bearing all burdens.
"It's not easy to find such loyal friends like Diviner Su."
Su Jinyan waved his hand modestly, "Oh, you flatter me too much."
"That's true," Kafka continued. "Flower-like friends are easily found, and scale-like friends often encountered. Only mountain-like and earth-like friends are truly rare.
"For Silver Wolf to have befriended someone like me, it must indeed be a fortunate destiny."
The corner of Stelle's mouth twitched. "Su Jinyan, could you be a bit more humble?"
Su Jinyan responded earnestly, "Pride is the nature of geniuses, while humility is the duty of mediocrities. As a one-in-a-million genius like myself, any further humility would only invite annoyance.
"Don't you agree, darling?"
Silver Wolf wholeheartedly concurred, "Absolutely, geniuses like us need not be humble."
"You see, even being called a gaming legend, I never feign humility."
"That recognition is rightfully mine," Silver Wolf asserted proudly.
Su Jinyan interjected, "Now, we should actually practice some humility here."
Silver Wolf looked puzzled. Is he denying my status as a legendary gamer? Tonight, I'll make sure you call me 'dad'!
The candlelight flickered, heightening the ambiance of the banquet.
Silver Wolf excused himself early from the feast and returned to his bedroom to tinker with arcade games.
Kafka's gaze softened, "Diviner Su."
Su Jinyan waved his hand dismissively, "Ah, please stop calling me Diviner Su. This title was simply purchased."
Stelle's jaw dropped in surprise, "Such an important position can be bought?"
Su Jinyan replied mildly, "It carries only the name, devoid of any real authority."
"I acquired the title for profit, and besides, I have no interest in earning money from the poor," he added.
Kafka's lips parted slightly, "Oh? Then whose money do you aim to earn?"
Su Jinyan spoke firmly, "I'll take money from whoever has it."
Pretending confusion, Kafka asked, "Indeed? And who might that be?"
Su Jinyan smiled faintly, "You, for instance."
Kafka chuckled lightly, "Well then, what catches your eye, Diviner Su? Feel free to take anything in this room."
Narrowing his eyes, Su Jinyan said, "If that's the case, I won't refuse out of politeness. I want all of you present here."
Kafka studied his face intently, "Diviner Su's approach is even more domineering than our Stellaron Hunters."
Su Jinyan smiled faintly. "You're right, after all, I am not a Stellaron Hunter but a Diviner from the Divination Commission."
"Our faith lies with the Emperor's Bow of Life and Death, embodying the fate path of The Hunt."
"To earn money, one must adhere to justifiable means."
In a softly enticing voice, Kafka suggested, "If Diviner Su truly needs money urgently, I do have a good place to recommend."
Su Jinyan raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Please enlighten me."
Kafka's beautiful eyes softened as she gently tapped on the dining table. "[Jepella Brotherhood]."

Su Jinyan pondered thoughtfully, "The Jepella Brotherhood?"
"I was expecting you all to mention Herta instead," Stelle couldn't help but say.
Su Jinyan slightly shook his head, "That wouldn't be right."
"If we were to profit under the guise of advocating for Silver Wolf, our friendship would no longer remain pure."
"Kafka, does this Jepella Brotherhood involve us or money?"
Kafka replied, "Both."
Stelle seemed slightly puzzled. "Both?"
Kafka gently nodded. "That's correct."
Intrigued, Su Jinyan asked, "Oh? Would you care to discuss it with us more thoroughly?"
Stelle nodded. "Discuss it further?"
Kafka began explaining, "[Jepella Brotherhood] is affiliated with the Annihilation Gang, do you understand?"
Stelle shook their head. "I don't understand."
Kafka smiled faintly, pursing her lips. "Do you understand what I'm involved in?"
Stelle replied, "Stealing and seizing Stellarons across various civilizations, all connected to you."
Kafka lightly wagged her finger. "Incorrect. I merely run errands for Elio, and just one of many legs."
Su Jinyan couldn't resist asking, "So how many legs does this Elio have exactly?"
Stelle guessed, "Three, perhaps?"
"I'd say four," Su Jinyan countered.
Stelle added, "And Kafka seems like a significant leg among them."
Kafka gracefully crossed her slender, beautiful legs. "Correct, a significant leg—unfortunately, this leg has been broken."
Su Jinyan was taken aback. "Broken?"
Stelle, perplexed, asked, "How did it happen?"
Kafka responded mildly, "Everything we Stellaron Hunters do revolves around Stellarons."
"I won't deny that our 'crimes' are numerous beyond counting."
"Although over these years, the Stellaron Hunters have consistently carried out Elio's plans, stealing Stellarons."
"As a result, we became the Interastral Peace Corporation's most wanted criminals."
"To us, their bounty notices were less about infamy and more akin to accolades. The higher the number, the greater the praise."
"But this Jepella Brotherhood, profiting from plundering Stellarons is one thing."
"Yet they have the audacity to pin numerous crimes on our names instead."
Xing Mei's eyes grew solemn. "Framed for their misdeeds?"
Kafka's gaze chilled with coldness. "Exactly."
Xing pondered for a moment before saying, "If that's the case, then this Jepella Brotherhood must be quite wealthy, right?"
With a smile, Kafka looked at Su Jinyan. "If you can eliminate the Jepella Brotherhood, there would be no limit to the wealth you could claim."
After hesitating briefly, Xing Mei slowly responded, "We don't have the courage to outright eliminate the Jepella Brotherhood."
"However, using the pretext of eliminating them to amass wealth—we do have the guts for that, and plenty!"
Kafka chuckled softly. "Then I cannot be blamed for what follows."
"But let me offer another form of assistance."
"The Interastral Peace Corporation not only seeks us but also the Jepella Brotherhood."
"We'll serve as bait, while Diviner Su can leverage your status and influence."
"Request financial assistance from the Interastral Peace Corporation and Xianzhou Alliance to eliminate the Jepella Brotherhood," Kafka suggested.
Stelle asked, "Would the Xianzhou Alliance agree?"
Su Jinyan replied solemnly, "Of course they would. Recently, Lord Ravager Phantylia invaded the Roaming Immortal Ark.
"The immortals believe in the Emperor's Bow of Life and Death, embodying The Hunt fate path, and have always sought retribution for any slight.
"Now, they have the perfect pretext to annihilate the Jepella Brotherhood, sending a clear message to the Antimatter Legion and other Monarchs."
Kafka whispered tactfully, "The Xianzhou Alliance and Interastral Peace Corporation already share an alliance.
"Diviner Su, I suggest letting the Xianzhou Alliance fund our bait operation. Whatever amount they contribute, the Interastral Peace Corporation should match."
Stelle slapped the table excitedly. "That's exactly what we've been waiting to hear! So, how much do you think is appropriate for the Xianzhou Alliance to contribute? Eighty million?"
Su Jinyan's expression remained serious. "Too little, far too conservative."
"No," Kafka said earnestly, "at least eight hundred million is needed. Greater investment means higher returns."
"I understand," Stelle responded. "Once this plan succeeds, we will return every penny of that eight hundred million to the Xianzhou Alliance, and evenly split the Credit points from the Interastral Peace Corporation."
Su Jinyan suddenly slapped his thigh. "Eight billion Credits we don't have to repay!"
"It's just about wiping out the Jepella Brotherhood, right? Let's do it!"
"Once we recover all the money they've amassed through their illicit activities, those eight billion Credits will be like a single hair from a massive bull—negligible."
"Would you even care then? It's just the small-time Jepella Brotherhood; take them down!"
Stelle gave him a thumbs-up. "Tough as always!"
Raising an eyebrow, Su Jinyan asked, "Still tough?"
Kafka forced a smile. "Absolutely tough enough!"
As she spoke, she subtly shifted her elegantly crossed legs away, avoiding any further opportunity for Su Jinyan to touch them.
Su Jinyan turned serious. "Let's discuss toughness later. Right now, there's only one thing on my mind."
"And that is to reconnect this leg for Miss Kafka."
"They dare to target my daughter's mother? Unacceptable! Cheers!"
At the dinner party, the three raised their glasses in celebration, each harboring their own unspoken thoughts.
Taking a gentle sip of wine, Stelle looked at Su Jinyan with newfound warmth and affection. "A-Yan, I think..."
"Just as wine should be sipped slowly, so too must our path be taken step by step."
"We should first clarify the distribution of Credits before discussing the leg reattachment."
Kafka looked gently at Stelle and said, "It's quite simple; you can explain it."
In truth, this was also Kafka's way of providing Stelle with an opportunity to earn money. Directly giving her credits might have hurt her self-respect.
Although eliminating the Jepella Brotherhood posed significant danger, with Su Jinyan protecting her, Kafka felt reassured. Once these credits were divided into their accounts, Stelle should no longer face financial struggles, right?
Stelle pondered for a moment before suggesting, "Following our usual practice, let's split the credits thirty-seventy."
Su Jinyan expressed his discontent, "That seems rather unfair! Kafka provided us with strategies and plans."
"And the Xianzhou Alliance has been busy coordinating, helping us stage this act."
"Are you really only giving them thirty percent? Shouldn't it be fifty-fifty?!"
Stelle appeared thoughtful. "So I'm mistaken?"
Su Jinyan shook his head and sighed, "Indeed, you're far off."
If they were to divide the credits thirty-seventy, making Kafka and the Xianzhou Alliance share just 30,000 credits while taking the remaining 799,970,000 for themselves, it would seem quite ungenerous.
A fifty-fifty split would be more equitable, allowing Kafka and the Xianzhou Alliance to evenly share 50,000 credits, which at least maintains some semblance of fairness.
Unfazed, Kafka responded, "Alright then, let's follow Diviner Su's suggestion and split it fifty-fifty."
"However, I do have a question for you, Diviner Su."
Su Jinyan gestured courteously, inviting him to continue.
Kafka softly said, "Theoretically, I should not question Diviner Su's abilities, as your prowess is evident to all."
"But practically speaking, we are allies, correct?"
"As this matter is of great importance, I also want to know regarding the elimination of the Jepella Brotherhood—"
"Does Diviner Su require collaborating with us to devise a detailed plan?"
Su Jinyan pondered briefly before replying, "Collaboration is certainly possible, but I don't wish for my pace to be disrupted due to your involvement."
"I've heard that everyone on Jepella planet is wicked; I intend to transform them through love."
"You Stellaron Hunters must leave at least twenty thousand residents untouched, don't annihilate them all."
"Of course, if you're determined to exterminate the star, just inform me beforehand. Once I've reformed them with love, feel free to carry out your slaughter."
"I need to maintain my noble image in front of outsiders; I cannot tarnish Luofu's reputation, understood?"
Su Jinyan felt no moral qualms; he was never particularly virtuous, having some boundaries but not many.
Ever since impregnating Nanook, he knew he had unequivocally aligned himself against the forces of Destruction, locked in an unyielding conflict with no quarter given.
It's possible that the Jepella Brotherhood's covert investigation of him was instigated by other Lord Ravagers behind the scenes.
The Jepella Brotherhood revels in bloodshed, committing every imaginable evil, undoubtedly causing immense suffering and destruction for countless innocent interstellar residents.
By joining the Stellaron Hunters to eliminate—oh, sorry, enlighten them with love, it could be seen as carrying out divine justice on behalf of heaven.
I've heard that just one Lord Ravager from the Antimatter Legion can incinerate entire galaxies, while their subordinate Cataclysm Pioneers alone are capable of destroying stars.
If only we could face off against other Lord Ravagers this time—it would truly be enlightening to witness their abilities firsthand.
Kafka's lips parted slightly as she stared at him, bewildered.
Wait, what? Based on your words, are you suggesting we Stellaron Hunters should annihilate the entire planet?
That seems rather extreme. It's indeed unfortunate that Nanook didn't appoint you as Emanator of Destruction.
She covered her lovely face, exclaiming, "I'm still a child; I shouldn't hear such things."
"Even though they're all villains, I still can't quite reconcile myself to the idea of exterminating an entire star."
Su Jinyan clicked his tongue and remarked, "Well then, you haven't played enough games, stinky little sister.
"When I used to play, wiping out races was just child's play."
"However, you're right; we shouldn't commit acts against humanity. Leave such deeds to the Stellaron Hunters."
Stelle: "?" Kafka: "?"
We haven't even begun, yet you're already so eager to pin the blame on us Stellaron Hunters?
Kafka reminded him, "Diviner Su, there aren't any humans at all on the planet where the Jepella Brotherhood resides."
Su Jinyan rubbed his hands together, looking thrilled. "Perfect! That makes it easier for me to persuade them without any moral qualms."
Hesitantly, Kafka spoke up, "Um... Mr. Su Jinyan..."
Smiling, Su Jinyan responded, "There's no need for such formality. Just call me 'A-Yan,' since we'll be family from now on."
"A-Yan," Kafka gently probed, "why do I feel like you've been accumulating quite a bit of stress lately?"
As if struck by a sudden realization, Stelle recoiled in alarm. "Not good, quickly retreat! He's about to fall into Mara-Struck state."
Su Jinyan's expression turned serious. "I'm perfectly normal; could you please stop imagining me as some deranged killer for sport?"
"I was just joking with you all."
"Kafka, as a Stellaron Hunter, surely you can't be so averse to such matters?"
"Do you really believe that none of your fellow Stellaron Hunters have ever done this?"
Kafka gently explained, "It seems Diviner Su harbors some misconceptions about us."
"While we Stellaron Hunters may be notorious across the Galaxy, under normal circumstances, our target is solely the star nucleus."
"We wouldn't resort to indiscriminate killing unless persistently obstructed."
Of course, Stellaron Hunters were never considered righteous figures, and Kafka never denied this fact. Upon closer examination, their body count indeed accumulated significantly.
Among them, Blade's pursuit of Dan Heng had become an obsession, leading him to indiscriminately slaughter without regard when he fell into his Mara-Struck state.
Su Jinyan snapped his fingers. "Excellent, now that we're allies..."
"...let me demonstrate my capabilities accordingly."
As Su Jinyan rubbed the token, within moments, the enigmatic merchant "Anything for Sale" appeared before them, draped in a bedsheet.
Kafka's heart trembled; she found herself unable to gauge the strength of this person standing before her. Moreover, she couldn't discern how exactly this mysterious individual had arrived at their location.
"You, young man, sure know how to stir up trouble." Upon facing Su Jinyan, "Anything for Sale" couldn't help but scrutinize him with several glances.
This guy was always full of mischief—given just one guaranteed opportunity, he could even make the Aeon of Destruction, Nanook, pregnant! And if given access to a live stream, every viewer across the universe would likely experience the agony of childbirth firsthand.
Su Jinyan spoke eagerly, "Sir, I heard you have quite an interest in Light Cones from the Garden of Recollection?"
"How did you know that?" asked "Anything for Sale," sounding puzzled.
"One of my clients is interested in these as well. If you happen to have any, we can arrange a trade." Su Jinyan produced an unsealed five-star Light Cone and continued, "Do you have skills that can forcibly induce feelings of love? I'd like to trade this for such abilities."
"Oh right, preferably one affecting multiple individuals."
"WhatCanISell accepted the Light Cone, his tone sounding peculiar. "Are you severely lacking love? I wouldn't have guessed that from looking at you."
"Doesn't the Holy Sage's Eye already induce feelings of maternal affection?"
Su Jinyan shook his head. "Not just maternal love, but other forms of affection as well."
After briefly searching, WhatCanISell displayed a series of collectibles to Su Jinyan.
Skimming past irrelevant and ineffective items swiftly, Su Jinyan ultimately focused his attention on three more useful treasures.

Without hesitation, Su Jinyan produced another five-star Light Cone. "Pleasure doing business."
