Rachel listened intently as Janil spoke about Pateon realm.
"I have always had a strong connection with Pateon, through my Alisian heritage. I could tell that the connection was wavering but I am always so busy I never really paid conscious attention to it."
Her eye fluttered down quickly as if she were embarrassed.
"The Alisian pray to Samone when they want to pray to the realm. I have prayed to her often in my time and She usually answers relatively quickly. When I finally understood there was a problem I prayed to her but she never responded. This was over two months ago."
Rachel continually nodded as Janil spoke. When she heard that the realm consciousness chose to use a different name from the name of the realm she understood the problem. When realms chose this route they ran the risk of deterioration. This essentially gave the realm two names and could affect the flow of magic and cohesion within the realm.
