The inside of the cave was the same turquoise as the ground outside the sky sea. It felt like they were deep underground. The air stale and there was a faint sense of suffocation. Rachel sensed the other two items deeper within.
This area of the cave was cramped and damp. The turquoise walls had patches of purple moss. The moss grew sparsely in some areas and densely in others. Rachel had not headed directly to the first item because of this moss. She could see lines of fate within it that she had never seen before.
The way they extended outward into different dimensions gave her pause. She was now wondering if this was why this realm had been chosen. Was this realm important within the cosmi, within Zala?
She looked to Prashon. "Can this moss be collected without affecting your fate?"
The question caused Pasor to look at the moss more intently. Prashon shook his head.
