Shi Mei's large, dark eyes were red, her lips pursed as if she refused to let her tears fall, the very picture of a wronged young bride.

"Eh," Nanny Aunt Chen quickly approached, taking Shi Mei by the hand, "Madam, let me take you to bathe."
