Rayen watched the eliminated participants as they walked out of the studio venue. Only when Yeon Miwol explained the score calculation did he turn back his gaze to the screen.
"We selected a total of one thousand unaffiliated Entities participated in voting for this round. The winner would receive a 100x multiplier to their round's score and will be added to the current points of each member in the team. The second placer will get a f
50x multiplier."
Hearing that, Rayen and the other participants cheered. Finally, there was some good news that reached their ears.
If there were a thousand voters, theoretically, the winner might receive a full 100,000 points in one go. Though it was impossible to get a full score, it was still a good deal. Even getting second place could be worth a lot.
'If we can snatch at least second place...'
However, the happy news was only for the winners.
"The last place would get… none," Yeon Miwol continued, "—but their score for today's round."
