Princess Eve and Crown Prince Leonard entered her quarters to see Alaric. The wounded general was sitting on the bed, waiting for Eve's return. He was surprised to see Prince Leonard with her.
"Alaric, I'd like you to meet Crown Prince Leonard. He is my Uncle." Eve introduced the prince.
Alaric nodded and replied, "Yes. I know him."
Prince Leonard's eyes lit up as soon as he saw Alaric. Without hesitation, he approached the bed and grabbed Alaric's hands, shaking them.
"It's my honor to finally meet you, General Alaric. You are a hero. A great warrior! You are my idol!" Prince Leonard blurted out without restrictions.
He felt exhilarated to be able to talk to Alaric up close. This man inspired him as he heard of the many victorious battles Alaric had participated in the past.
Meanwhile, Eve could only scratch her face while watching Prince Leonard. The prince was indeed happy to meet her husband.
"What brought you here, Crown Prince?" Alaric asked him.
