"Ayil, could you explain to me. Why is Ariel pretending to be a slave to a demon?" Usiel spoke with astonishment.
Why was their supremely powerful sister letting demons even think they had power over her?
"The only thing that she told me was that she was bored and that she wanted to play with them." Ayil shrugged.
An audible sigh escaped Usiel's mouth.
They needed to watch Ariel closely, if her actions made them disappoint Father, they would have no reason to live.
"I think we can trust her, despite her childish demeanor she is still a dominion and she did guess that Father would allow us to proceed with her plan." Ayil defended her.
"I do not want to even risk angering our Father, but I think Ayil is right. Ariel is a Dominion and as such most likely has some plan." Sophia jumped to Ariel's defense.
"Why am I the only one making sense right now... You better take the blame if she messes up! Father allowed annihilation of nests, not playing with them!" Usiel sighed, when Ariel was summoned he hoped for a great leader and yet they got what was basically a child with immense power.
Ariel had used [Shapeshift] to make herself look like a fallen angel, after which she proceeded to bait a criminal cartel, then she decided that it was in her best interest to let herself be shackled and lead around like an animal.
'What is wrong with her...' Usiel couldn't fathom what she was thinking, he truly wished it was some masterplan he had no hopes of understanding, but Ariel's actions didn't fill him with hope.
He was a warrior, and as such would prefer to eliminate the nest without the childish games.
Ariel had ordered them to not intervene under any circumstance.
"Still, seeing one of the Angels being put on a leash makes me sick to my stomach, Father would never allow this." He clenched his fist, urge to cleanse the nest from the map surged within him, however, Dominion was clear, do not intervene under any circumstance.
'You better have a very good reason for this... Sister.' Usiel let out another defeated sigh, all he could do was watch despite the disgusting scene.
When she first allowed herself to be captured she had hushed the prisoners against their captors, forcing them to kill each other while she enjoyed the show, but now Usiel could swear she enjoyed playing this role.
'I'm gonna rip out the throat of that Demon.' Usiel's aura momentarily flared before being forced down.
Sophia placed her hand on Usiel's shoulder.
"We need to trust her, perhaps she had plans of making demons fight each other... Just like when she did when she was first captured." She smiled warmly as she explained a possibility.
"That... makes sense considering who Dominion Balance is." Usiel stared down at the demonic nest.
Burning the nests from the map was easy, and yet Ariel wanted to play a dagger in the dark and use intrigue.
"Even if I understand her, seeing our own sister shackled like a common animal doesn't make me feel good," Usiel spoke, he was a hardened warrior and yet seeing his sister in chains truly made him sick.
Sophia gently patted his shoulder "Perhaps we should do something else then? And let our sis have her fun? I truly believe we can trust her."
Usiel pushed down his concerns,"I guess... Let's go and scout other demonic nests."
"That's the spirit! Ayil you want to go with us?" Sophia asked.
"Sure, I am sure Ariel will be fine." She nodded as all 3 Angels flew away.

'Finally! I feel like they don't trust me at all.' Ariel groaned in her mind, she had many plans and they didn't trust her at all.
She was dragged by Harpy boss towards the unknown location, he hadn't been as rough as she expected he would be.
"Where... are we going master." Ariel put on her best innocent child expression she could.
"Silence, I'm thinking." He responded bluntly as he continued his line of thought.
He needed to find out how to convince bosses that the girl was good enough to recoup his losses, until then he wouldn't deign to even touch her despite his desire.
With quick steps he dragged his silver-haired slave after him, avoiding Coek's enforcers.
'That damned general keeps being a thorn in my ass...' He hoped that the girl wouldn't call for help, and much to his joy she was quiet.
Too quiet.
Why wasn't she afraid? Why wasn't she screaming?
He did not know.
"Slave, why are you not afraid?"
"I know Master will keep me safe!" She said with a warm smile.
'... Naive child, she probably thinks I saved her from that idiotic lizard. At least it makes her compliant.' He had obtained what he wanted, at least it put his heart at ease despite his instincts screaming at him.
'The guards are stupid, let's see how fast this demon is, [Command]' Ariel activated her skill onto a pair of guards, causing them to approach them, which caused the boss to audibly exclaim.
"Shit! We gotta run." He picked up Ariel and rushed as far as his legs could carry him.
One might ask why he didn't use wings, well flying was pretty conspicuous.
He made a sharp turn into a dark alley before slipping into a sewer entrance.
He thanked Divine that the child was so cooperative, otherwise he would have been caught.
In a way he felt bad for selling the harpy instead of keeping her for himself, it was rare to find someone who naturally fit into a subservient role as this child, despite her appearance of the upper class.
However he had no choice, sell her or be brutally tortured and killed because he let the merchandise die.
They made their way inside a sewer before he put down Ariel.
"Be a good girl and don't utter a single word." Man ordered gently as he pulled the harpy behind him.
"Okeee, I will be good... very good~" Ariel teased.
