"You were supposed to know about this when you come of age but I guess there's no helping it. You see, in this world, there exist what the city people call Dungeons. Small pockets of space that carry armies of alien species who invade other worlds. As for the reason, we're yet to get an answer. These Dungeons have to be cleared within a set time limit and if not, the monsters will break out of the pocket space and invade the world. This is called a Dungeon Outbreak. But before you Awaken, you won't be able to participate in the war with the Invaders."
