In the small garden of the People's Hospital, Carlos was helping the Old Master sit down.
Although Carlos was accompanying the Old Master, he seemed somewhat distracted.
"Grandpa, shall I go up and check?"
He was not at ease about Emily Parker, that woman would bare her claws in his presence, daring to lock him out, but in front of others, she could easily be bullied; she was a typical example of being aggressive only at home.
"I think you're afraid of the nurse and Doctor Willow being together, aren't you?
Do you have feelings for the nurse?"
The Old Master said teasingly, looking at his own grandson.
"Who says I'm afraid."
Carlos stubbornly denied, unwilling to admit it.
He still hadn't confessed his matters with Emily Parker.
He could see that the Old Master liked Emily Parker.
But he hadn't yet fully understood Emily Parker as a person.
