The head nurse was taken aback.
Ivy River nodded, opened the sandwich directly, and started eating it in front of everyone.
"Yeah, I have two kids, one boy and one girl. My son is like the laborer of our family. He follows me and my daughter around cleaning up and even makes breakfast for us."
When she said this, she was radiating happiness.

Ivy River tossed the bag to the head nurse.
The head nurse took out the milk and was immediately shocked, "Oh my God, Director River, this milk is still warm!"
