Edward had at least six days to prepare for his journey to Kaveria, and in that six days, he made every attempt to get in touch with Aurora, only to fail miserably. Sometimes he was told she was out on business, or she was unwell. Sometimes they said she was tired and sleeping, or training with her knights. Either way, it started making Edward feel like Aurora was avoiding him, for in all those days, he never once saw her leave the Women's Pavilion, as if she knew he could not reach her there.
Yet, he never gave up hope.
