Raegar watched as Saki dismissed herself while heading back to the tent with a smile. Once she was done, the Nyxari Cats appeared from his shadow and continued eating, making him laugh.
He gently stroked the creature's father and spoke. ''Shy little things, aren't you? Well, if my shadow feels like a safe place for you, then your family is welcome to stay. I'll make sure you're treated to some of the finest food I can find.''
As the cat heard his words, it nudged his hand with a headbutt, sending a sudden spark coursing through his entire body. Raegar tensed, ready to leap up, but a soft meow halted him mid-motion. ''Meow~~.''
He turned to the male cat, confusion flickering in his eyes as he asked, ''What do you mean taking my Aether? How am I even understanding you?''
''Meow~~ Meow,'' it replied.
Raegar looked confused. ''You like my energy? Don't take too much, I need it to level up,'' he warned with a raised eyebrow.
